Product Description
Cold Room Panels are insulated sandwich panels used to build cold rooms, freezer rooms and processing areas. Available with PU or PIR insulation cores, they provide reliable thermal insulation, durable surfaces and fast modular installation.
PU and PIR insulation cores help maintain stable room temperatures and reduce refrigeration energy loss.
Cam-lock PU panels connect quickly and can be assembled or dismantled with simple tools.
Choose color steel, stainless steel, galvanized steel or embossed aluminum according to hygiene, corrosion resistance and budget requirements.
Panel thicknesses from 50 mm to 200 mm are available for chillers, freezers and low-temperature cold rooms.
PU panels combine thermal insulation, lightweight construction and flexible installation. The cam-lock connection makes them suitable for small and medium cold-room projects.
PIR panels provide strong insulation performance and use a continuous connection structure. They are suitable for medium and large cold-storage projects.
Item | PU Panel | PIR Panel |
|---|---|---|
Core Material | Polyurethane | Polyisocyanurate |
Panel Thickness | 50–200 mm | 50–200 mm |
Listed Density | 42 kg/m³ | 42 kg/m³ |
Connection | Cam Lock | Continuous |
Recommended Use | Small and medium projects | Medium and large projects |
Each panel consists of an insulated core bonded between two protective metal surfaces.
Embedded cam locks pull adjacent PU panels together, creating a firm and convenient modular connection.
The closed-cell insulation core helps reduce moisture absorption in cold and humid environments.
The insulated sandwich structure provides thermal performance without requiring heavy building materials.
Panel thickness should be selected according to room temperature, ambient temperature and project conditions.
Panel Thickness | Supplier-Listed Application Temperature |
|---|---|
75 mm | -5°C to +25°C |
100 mm | -15°C to +25°C |
150 mm | -25°C to +25°C |
180 mm | -35°C to +25°C |
200 mm | -50°C to +25°C |
Final thickness must be confirmed according to the cold-room design and local operating conditions.
