Why Choose Our Cold Room Panels

Reliable Thermal Insulation

PU and PIR insulation cores help maintain stable room temperatures and reduce refrigeration energy loss.

Fast Modular Installation

Cam-lock PU panels connect quickly and can be assembled or dismantled with simple tools.

Multiple Surface Materials

Choose color steel, stainless steel, galvanized steel or embossed aluminum according to hygiene, corrosion resistance and budget requirements.

Flexible Panel Thickness

Panel thicknesses from 50 mm to 200 mm are available for chillers, freezers and low-temperature cold rooms.

PU and PIR Panel Options

PU Cold Room Panel

PU panels combine thermal insulation, lightweight construction and flexible installation. The cam-lock connection makes them suitable for small and medium cold-room projects.

PIR Cold Room Panel

PIR panels provide strong insulation performance and use a continuous connection structure. They are suitable for medium and large cold-storage projects.

Key Features

Three-Layer Sandwich Structure

Each panel consists of an insulated core bonded between two protective metal surfaces.

Cam-Lock Connection

Embedded cam locks pull adjacent PU panels together, creating a firm and convenient modular connection.

Moisture-Resistant Construction

The closed-cell insulation core helps reduce moisture absorption in cold and humid environments.

Lightweight Panel Design

The insulated sandwich structure provides thermal performance without requiring heavy building materials.

Panel Thickness Selection

Panel thickness should be selected according to room temperature, ambient temperature and project conditions.

FAQ

What is the difference between PU and PIR panels?

PU panels offer flexible cam-lock installation. PIR panels are commonly selected for larger projects requiring continuous panel construction.

Which thickness should I choose?

The correct thickness depends on room temperature, ambient conditions and cold-room size.

Can stainless steel be used inside the cold room?

Yes. Stainless steel is suitable for hygienic and moisture-sensitive environments.

Can different materials be used on each side?

Yes. The inner and outer surfaces can be selected separately according to application and budget.

Are the panels easy to install?

PU panels use cam-lock connections that allow fast modular assembly.

What information is required for a quotation?

Provide the room dimensions, operating temperature, panel thickness, surface materials and project location.
