Product Description
Stainless Steel Electric Sliding Doors are designed for cold rooms, food processing areas, clean workshops, and hygienic storage environments. Built with stainless steel panels, automatic sliding operation, and reliable sealing performance, they provide smooth access, easy cleaning, and long-term durability.
The smooth stainless steel facing is easy to wipe down and suited to food, seafood, meat and other cold-chain environments. It also provides better resistance to moisture and routine cleaning than standard painted surfaces.
Motorized opening reduces pulling effort and supports faster movement of staff, carts and goods. The door can be matched with project-specific activation devices for a more efficient workflow at busy cold-room entrances.
A polyurethane-insulated door leaf and compression sealing help separate temperature zones. Correct panel thickness, frame design and gasket configuration are selected according to the room temperature and operating conditions.
The drive system can retain manual operation for power interruptions or service situations. This practical two-mode design helps maintain access without turning the door into a single point of failure.
The motor, transmission and guide system are configured for the door size, weight and operating frequency. Smooth acceleration and controlled stopping reduce impact on the door leaf and track during repeated use.
EPDM gaskets and closing-pressure hardware help the door seat firmly against the frame. For freezer applications, electric heating around critical sealing areas can be added to reduce frost-related sticking.
Anti-pinch control and obstacle response can stop or reverse the door when resistance is detected. Optional radar, infrared, light curtain, pull-cord switch and access-control interfaces are selected for the actual traffic pattern.
Door size, stainless steel grade, panel thickness, opening direction, voltage and activation method can be customized. Single-leaf or double-leaf layouts are available to suit the clear opening and available side space.
Automatic movement shortens access time and reduces repeated manual pulling, making the door practical for production areas, transfer passages and cold stores with frequent goods movement.
A properly sized drive closes the insulated door consistently after access. Combined with suitable seals, this helps limit unnecessary temperature fluctuation and refrigeration load.
The stainless steel exterior supports routine hygiene procedures and offers a professional finish for food-processing and controlled storage areas.
Powered operation is especially useful for large or heavy insulated doors. Staff can move loads through the opening with less physical effort and fewer workflow interruptions.
Food Processing Rooms
Suitable for meat, seafood, dairy, prepared-food and packaging areas where frequent access and easy-clean surfaces are important.
Cold Storage and Freezer Rooms
Used at chilled or frozen storage entrances when the insulation, gasket and anti-freeze options are engineered for the target temperature.
Cold-Chain Warehouses
Supports pallet, cart and personnel traffic between loading, staging and temperature-controlled zones.
Controlled Industrial Storage
Applicable to laboratories, pharmaceutical storage and industrial rooms when project-specific hygiene, access and temperature requirements are confirmed.
A rigid polyurethane-insulated panel provides thermal separation, while the stainless steel facing improves corrosion resistance and cleanability.
The frame, EPDM gasket and pressure components create a stable closing surface. Heating can be included for low-temperature applications.
The overhead rail, rollers and lower guide keep the door aligned and support smooth horizontal travel.
The geared motor, transmission and controller manage opening, travel and stopping. Configuration depends on door weight, usage frequency and control method.
Optional sensors, pull cords, push buttons, remote controls and access-control signals can be integrated according to site operation.
Custom clear opening, single-leaf or double-leaf arrangement, and left- or right-opening direction.
Project-selected insulation thickness, stainless steel grade and surface finish.
Custom voltage, activation device, safety sensor, viewing window, bumper, heating and access-control interface.
